July 27 Research French Yardwork

Summer brunch. No wait. The Research Club Brunch is a pot luck brunch for creatives, with a few short talks. Presenters today are Kayleigh Nelson principal at Composition Gallery, Sandra Comstock creator of Glyph Cafe Gallery specializing in literature, poetry and visual art and Petra Fortes-Schramm artist activist currently exhibiting at Surplus Space. The French! No one would dispute they are masters at modern philosophy. And no one would dispute they desire to preserve their language, aggressively. Less known is their early passion of photography in the 1800's, preserved today.

That is the subject of a museum talk this afternoon.
